Hi,

Joao has asked for some more understanding of this Task Force's
discussions.

Rather than have someone provide a second summary of the discussion
we could publish the discussion as a web archive of all the e-mails
sent to the list.

If there is an agreement to publish the discussion as a web archive
I'd like to do it on Monday to ensure that there is time for
anyone with an interest to review it before RIPE 46 in September.
