But in fact this freeze was implemented by RIPE NCC staff. There was no transfers since that time, and hostmasters tells "we are still waiting for decision of RIPE NCC management in regards to the Ukrainian transfers".This means Ukrainian companies depending on that transfers can not fulfill their obligations to contractors because of RIPE NCC.
