[ncc-services-wg] Defining the Criticality of RIPE NCC Services

Dear colleagues,

Over the past few months, we've been working on a methodology for determining the criticality level for our services, which is the last piece missing from our cloud strategy framework.

Our teams have looked at different industry standards on how to approach this and we'd now like to share a proposal to get this discussion started. You can find our proposed model on RIPE Labs:
