[ncc-services-wg] Policy Proposal 2011-05 "Safeguarding future IXPs with IPv4 space" implemented

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that RIPE Policy Proposal 2011-05,
"Safeguarding future IXPs with IPv4 space", has been implemented. The
RIPE NCC is now ready to accept requests for IXP IPv4 assignments under
this policy.
