It's interesting to note that at the same time, the RIPE NCC is getting
flak from the anti-abuse folks about being too *liberal* in giving out
resources to "fake" LIRs in certain countries.
Between the lines I hear "this will be hard to get right" and "maybe we
can have this on the agenda in the AGM"...
