Actually, we do, and I agree with Manuel that everything that doesn't require manual interaction at the NCC will help reducing staff costs, and thus reducing fees. So "automated fax" sounds like a useful thing (and it isn't *that* hard, even for a small LIR, to find a fax modem in some closet and hook it up to a unused phone extention for a couple of days).
