better late then never ...

DFN would be comfortable with model 1. 

Model 2 and 3 are being desribed as fair usage based. 
While this may be true in some extent model 2 is mirroring the
really used registration service - that could be an advantage
in forcing the LIRs to try to make this job as good as possible.

So we are voting for 1, would accept 2 and are not so happy with 3.


Unfortunately DFN is not able to attend this time. Appologies
for that and for being so late with this announcement.
