Dear Contributors,

this year's contributors committee meeting will be held on September
11th at Amsterdam airport Schiphol.  This message serves to inform you
of the date as early as possible so that you can plan accordingly.  
A draft agenda for the meeting will be circulated later together with
the official invitation.  As usual the agenda will include decisions
about the 1997 NCC activities and expenditure as well as the charging
model for next year.  The relevant documents are being prepared and will
be circulated as soon as they are ready and at least by mid August.
