I do not quite understand that question. The forecast in the
"RIPE NCC Reveneue in 1995" report is the most accurate we have
to date.

Yes we are making "any progess" in developing a "more useage based"
charging mechanism. However the progrss is extremely slow because we
need all our current resources to keep the vital services running. 

I will report on the current state of this shortly.
