This is a preliminary announcement for the annual meeting of the RIPE
NCC Contributors Committee.  The main purpose of the meeting is to
decide on the RIPE NCC activities, expenditure and charging scheme for
1996. You will receive a formal invitation including the agenda 
from TERENA later on.

The meeting will be held in Amsterdam on 

	Friday September 1st 1995. 

Coffee will be available from 9.30 and formal proceedings will start at
10.00.  We will provide a small lunch.  Proceedings will end by 16.00. 
The exact venue will be announced later.  We are currently investigating
to hold the meeting at Amsterdam Schiphol airport to minimise travel
time. 

As soon as you know that you will attend, please fill in the electronic 
form below and send it to co-rsvp@localhost so that we can plan the
apropriate number of chairs, coffees and lunches. In the best tradition
of NCC service levels those who register at least a week before the 
meeting will get preference on food and beverages. ;-)

Please also note that the meeting is only open to one representative 
of each contributing local registry in good standing.
