[ncc-announce] [GM] Register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2024

Dear RIPE NCC members,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE 
NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2024.

You can register to participate and vote at:
https://my.ripe.net/#/meetings/active

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now mandatory for RIPE NCC Access 
account holders. If you have not enabled 2FA and you click the 
registration link, you will need to follow the instructions in an email 
sent to you by the RIPE NCC. Once enabled, you will be able to access 
the LIR portal to register.

Registration will remain open until 14:00 (UTC+2) on the day of the GM, 
22 May 2024.

The GM will take place from 22-24 May at the Metropolo Hotel by Golden 
Tulip in Kraków adjacent to the RIPE 88 meeting. Members can participate 
remotely and follow the GM via livestream, participate via chat, and 
vote on resolutions and the Executive Board elections electronically.

The GM provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations 
and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive 
Board and Management.

At the upcoming GM, members can vote on:
- The Executive Board Election to fill the two seats currently filled by 
Piotr Strzyżewski and Job Snijders
- Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2023
- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board
- The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2025

All supporting documents will be posted and announced to the membership 
by 24 April 2024.

How to Vote
Registration to vote electronically at the GM is now open:
https://my.ripe.net/#/meetings/active

If you wish to vote, you must register by 22 May 2024 at 14:00 (UTC+2).

If you have not registered to vote by this deadline, you will *not* be 
able to vote.

Proxy Voting
You can be represented by a third party who is not an authorised member 
contact or director of your organisation. If you wish to do this, please 
fill in the proxy form and send it to us using the details on the form 
by 8 May 2024. Any proxy form sent to us after this date will not be valid.
