[ncc-announce] [service] RIPE NCC Ticketing System Outage

Dear colleagues, 

As of 11:30 UTC today, our ticketing system has been unavailable. We're working to ensure that normal service is restored as quickly as possible. We are also exploring the cause of the failure. Access to the 'Tickets' section in the LIR Portal has been temporarily blocked while we work on the issue. 

If you submitted a ticket from 11:30 UTC onwards today and received an email notification with a ticket number, you do not need to take further action and we will reply to you as soon as possible. If you did not receive an email notification, you will need to resubmit your ticket once our services are restored. 

We apologise for the inconvenience and will continue to update the following service announcement on our website as soon as we have more to report:
