[ncc-announce] [GM] Three weeks to the RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2019

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2019 (GM) will take place in a 
little less than three weeks in Rotterdam, adjacent to RIPE 79. We look 
forward to hearing from our members about our plans for the coming year 
at this meeting.
