[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting Today: Register online before 16:00 UTC

Dear RIPE NCC members,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes place today at 18:00 UTC. There 
will be an election to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board 
and voting on five resolutions.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND ELECTRONIC VOTING
Electronic voting registration will remain open until 16:00 UTC if you 
wish to vote electronically. You can register now at:
https://www.ripe.net/s/gm-registration-may-2019

The GM will be webcast for registered participants. A link to the 
webstream will be shared after registration closes. A chat facility will 
be available from the same page for those who would like to join the 
discussions.

All those who registered for electronic voting will receive an email 
today at approximately 18:00 UTC with a link to the voting software. A 
reminder will also be sent tomorrow, 23 May to all registered 
participants who have not yet voted. Voting will become active at agenda 
point 10 during the GM and will remain open until 09:00 UTC on Friday, 
24 May.

ATTENDING THE GM IN REYKJAVIK
If you are in Reykjavik and plan to attend the GM in person, you also 
need to register via the link provided above. Once you are registered, 
please check in at the GM Registration Desk by 17:45 UTC.
