[ncc-announce] [GM] Register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2019

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE
NCC General Meeting (GM) from 22-24 May 2019.

The GM will take place alongside the RIPE 78 Meeting in Reykjavik. Full
remote participation is available so all members can vote and take part
in discussions.

The GM is where members can discuss the operations and activities of the
RIPE NCC. At the upcoming GM, members will vote to fill two seats on the
RIPE NCC Executive Board. There will also be discussions on:

- The RIPE NCC Financial Report 2018 (to be voted on)

- The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2019 (to be voted on)

- Reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and RIPE NCC Management

- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board with regard to its actions
as they appear from the Annual Report 2018 (to be voted on)

All organisations with voting rights will receive an invitation to 
register to vote
electronically. Registration for electronic voting will remain open
until 16:00 UTC on the day of the GM, 22 May 2019.
