[ncc-announce] [service] LIR Portal Planned Downtime 10 April 2019

Dear members, 

On Wednesday 10 April, we will we will be taking further steps in upgrading our document management system. 

Work on this will start on this at 16:00 (UTC) and is planned to end by 22:00 (UTC). During this time, the LIR Portal will be unavailable, as will forms usually available to users on www.ripe.net <http://www.ripe.net/>.
