[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting Today - Register by 16:00 UTC+4

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes place today at 18:00 UTC+4 in
the Conrad Hotel in Dubai. There will be updates from the RIPE NCC and
its Executive Board as well as discussion of the Draft Activity Plan and
Budget 2018 and voting on three resolutions.

Electronic voting registration will remain open until 16:00 UTC+4 if you
wish to vote electronically. To register, log in to my.ripe.net and set
your GM preferences:

The GM will be webcast for remote participants at:

A chat facility will be available from the same page for those who would
like to join the discussions. If you want to use your own client to

All those who registered for electronic voting will receive an email
today at approximately 17:00 UTC+4 with a link to the voting software. A
reminder will also be sent tomorrow, 25 October to all registered
participants who have not yet voted. Voting will become active at agenda
point 10 and will remain open until 09:00 UTC+4 on Thursday, 26 October.

If you registered to attend in person, please check in at the GM
Registration Desk before 16:00 UTC+4.
