Dear colleagues,

As of 13:20 UTC+2, the intermittent access issue for the RIPE Database 
has been resolved.

We are now investigating what caused the RIPE Database to be 
inaccessible for some users.

(note: in an earlier email, we reported that users began experiencing 
issues at 13:00 UTC+2. That should have been 11:00 UTC+2)
