[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2015 - Reminder to Register

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes place at the Okura Hotel in
Amsterdam next Wednesday, 13 May 2015 at 18:00 UTC+2.

We would like to encourage all members to register for the GM, take part
in the discussions, and register to vote on the resolutions and
Executive Board election that will take place.

Register
--------
You can register to attend in person or participate remotely, and choose
your voting options, via the LIR Portal:

Voting at the GM
-----------------
At the GM, members will vote on four resolutions and in the election to
fill two Executive Board seats.

The resolutions to be voted on are:

1. "The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2014."

2. "The General Meeting discharges the Executive Board with regard to
its actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2014."

3. "The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2016."

4. “In addition to the Charging Scheme, the General Meeting approves a
separate charge of EUR 50 per ASN.”

- Amir Mohsenian
- Piotr Strzyżewski
- János Zsakó

Remote Participation
--------------------
The GM will be broadcast live at 18:00 UTC+2 on 13 May from the

All members will be emailed with the details to access the chat facility
that will be available during the GM.

Attending the GM
----------------
If you wish to attend the GM, please register as soon as possible and
pick up the meeting materials at the GM Registration Desk before 16:00
UTC+2 on the day of the GM.
