The vacant seat is for one three-year term and is to fill the place currently held by Dmitri Burkov, whose term expires in April 2012. Nominations ----------- A nomination for the appointment of a member of the Executive Board requires the written support of at least five members. You must be a RIPE NCC member and a registered LIR contact to support a nomination. Nomination submissions should include the following information: - Your full name - Your organisation - Your LIR RegID - Name of the candidate you wish to support Nominations must be submitted by email to by Wednesday, 28 March 2012 following the guidelines outlined in article 9 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. You can do this by using the Communication Preferences option in your LIR Portal account. The Annual Report 2011 will be published online on 21 March 2012. In previous years, all RIPE NCC members were sent a copy of the Annual Report by post. This year, members need to "opt in" if they wish to receive a copy of the Annual Report by post. Members who do not choose to opt in will not receive the Annual Report by post. It will, as always, be available for all members to read online. The RIPE NCC is implementing this opt-in system in response to feedback received from members in the RIPE NCC Membership and Stakeholder Survey 2011, the RIPE NCC General Meetings and various other feedback mechanisms.
