The GM will be held on Tuesday, 28 October 2008 from 16:00-19:00. It will be held adjacent to the RIPE 57 Meeting, which takes place from 26-30 October 2008 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The GM will consist of two parts: - The RIPE NCC Services Working Group will begin at 16:00 and will include the presentation of the Report from the RIPE NCC. This part of the GM is open to everyone. - The second part of the GM follows immediately after and is only open to RIPE NCC members who have registered for the GM. This part of the meeting is the forum where RIPE NCC members can discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC and exercise their voting rights. All organisations in the AfriNIC, APNIC, ARIN, LACNIC and RIPE NCC service regions are invited to participate in the survey, which aims to establish a comprehensive view of present IPv6 penetration and future plans for IPv6 deployment. The survey opened on 8 September and will remain available until 21:00 (UTC) on 1 October 2008. The results of the survey will be presented and discussed at the ARIN XXII Public Policy and Members Meeting to be held in Los Angeles, 15-17 October 2008.
