Today, we implemented measures to combat spam on our mail servers. The
measures will apply to both e-mails sent to RIPE NCC mailboxes and the
mailing lists hosted on ripe.net.

These measures will lead to short delivery delays for some of your
e-mails to us and to the mailing lists.

Documents.

ripe-395 - Supporting Notes for the Autonomous System Number Request
Form is available at:

ripe-396 - AS Number Request Form is available at:

http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/asnrequestform.html

We have updated the documents to include 4-byte (32 bit) AS Numbers,
which can be requested from 1 January 2007.
