That makes holders of "only a /22" 42% of the membership. 7838 LIRs with equivalent of /21 or less, that's more than half of the membership. They total less than a /8. 2 biggest LIRs have *EACH* of them more than the all the smallest 50% of the LIRs together. Third and fourth biggest LIRs have *TOGETHER* less space than the second biggest. 68 LIRs have more than 1 million IPs each (65 if we count 1 million as 1024*1024). Just numbers obtained in less than 30 minutes from alloclist.txt.
