I believe "DNR" has no on-line registry for their companies. If the default policy is "reject" - there will be really a big problem to be a part of Internet for a lot of places inside RIPE region. If the default policy is "accept" - take your beer, pop-corn and wait a bit for the first ISIS LIR. On 30.06.15 23:39, Samorukov,Alexey wrote: > Thank you for a quick reply and comments. Whilst we cannot prevent people from submitting fraudulent documents to us, we do follow extensive due diligence processes, which include validation checks, in order to confirm the actual existence of an entity or person. Should the provision of untruthful information be uncovered, we would commence proceedings to terminate that account in accordance with the procedural document "Closure of Members, Deregistration of Internet Resources and Legacy Internet Resources" available at: https://www.ripe.net/publications/docs/ripe-640#a122g However, I would like to reiterate Axel's confirmation that the case under discussion has been carefully reviewed and that we requested and received the documentation required to ensure the existence of the organisation and to prove the identity of the person signing the Standard Service Agreement. 2. There is no policy or procedure requiring a RIPE NCC member's postal address and phone number to be in the same country. Members can provide any contact information they choose as long as it can be used to contact them for administrative purposes. If you would like to report incorrect contact information in the RIPE Database, you can make use of the RIPE NCC Reporting procedure: https://www.ripe.net/support/contact/reporting-procedure Please let me know if you have any further questions. We do not discuss here a phone number and postal address from the same coutry What we discuss here is that the mentioned cities Donetsk or Lugansk are physically situated in Ukraine, not in Russia (as it mentioned in the organisation's last two "address" rows) organisation: ORG-OISI2-RIPE org-name: "Center of Internet services in DNR" org-type: LIR address: Shevchenko str. 31 address: 83000 address: Donetsk address: RUSSIAN FEDERATION Also if you pay attention at the postal index, you can see that it is also mentioned wrong, but defines exact city of Donetsk, situated in Ukraine http://www.uaidx.com/byidx/83001/index And "Shevchenko street" is a boulevard instead Of course, they may say, that their office is in Donetsk city, Rostovskaya district Russian Federation, but there are some disproofs: 1) postal indexes in RF are 6-digit, and the real postal code for that address is 346332 http://russianpost.su/rostovskaya/donetsk2_russia/346332 2) I don't think their office is situated in this house: https://goo.gl/maps/lCbQI LC> On 30/06/15 22:39, Samorukov,Alexey wrote: ??>> Thank you for a quick reply and comments.
