[mat-wg] Call for MAT CoChair candidates

Dear MAT-WG

I support Brian as wg-chair and I am convinced we can make a good team
chairing the WG moving forward.

Let me here also join in thanking CK for his work here since the creating
of the group. It will be hard for us to fill out your shoes.
