Dear Colleagues,

On Friday, 2nd July, between 11:00 and 13:30 CET, the LIR Portal was
unavailable, due to a hardware fault.  The fault was discovered during
system maintainence.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this downtime may have caused to
your operations.
