Dear LIR Portal User, A software upgrade will be performed on the RIPE NCC LIR Portal starting at 10.30 AM Friday, 21 February 2003 for approximately one hour. The upgrade will require a system reboot at which time the portal will be inaccessible. We anticipate this maintenance to be completed by 11.30 AM. We apologise for any inconvenience.
