As much as you can document need for, with a minimum of a /20.

(You might get a /16, but that would be "unusual" :-) )

RIPE-185 predates this specific policy change (which was made at RIPE39
in Bologna, one year ago, if I remember correctly).

As RIPE documents with a specific number never change (!), it still
has the old value in it.  RIPE-185bis will supercede it "soon".
