Hardware problems at the NCC

Dear Local-IR's,

As you heard already from Geert Jan we had some hardware problems on
friday. It is fixed now and the NCC is working normally again :-)
But we might have lost some messages on friday.
We tried to restore as much as possible from back up tapes but
unfortunately there is a difference betweeen back up and reality ;-) 
We ask you kindly to resend the whole correspondance you had with us on
friday:  messages you have sent to us and - if possible - also
messages you have received from us on friday. 
In this way we hope to keep our archives complete and avoid gaps in
the communication between you and us.

Please include the keyword RESEND in the header of the resent
messages.

We thank you very much for your understanding and your help and
appologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
