Chairman Resigns

      reluctantly I understand the arguments you make and it
will be a real task for the group to find a new chairman.  If
you really plan to resign, could you put this as an item in
the agenda for the WG meeting at RIPE 18; I for one would
like to be able to record my thanks to your for your excellent
work at chairman of the group.
