There was some concern that "maybe some day" cluenet.de wouldn't be able to host the ipv6-ops mailing list any more - you being a single person, and no "organization" backing it. I think this is what is being referred to. No specific actions have been decided (as far as I can remember, but that was Friday, after a long week... :-) ), it was more a generic "worry", and I think the NCC offered to host the list if needed.
