The UKEC Directors recently took the decision to undertake a formal review of the the M & As which is ongoing.</font></div> <div dir="ltr"> </div> <div dir="ltr"><font face="Arial" size="2"><strong>So on their behalf I am writing to seek your permission to use the short notice procedures under the Companies Act 2006 which allows us to serve formal notice in less than the required 21 days - and so with your agreement - we will then send out the formal notice a few days before 25 June with both the revised Memorandum and Articles of Association and the company accounts. </strong></font></div> <div dir="ltr"> </div> <div dir="ltr"><font face="Arial" size="2"><strong>Please can you confirm your acceptance to me by return and<u> also let me know if you are intending to attend the AGM</u></strong> <strong> .
