Jim,

I have a question in relation to your presentation: on the second slide 
it reads "Tier-1 registry appointed around October" - so my 
understanding is that UKEC, UKEG's successor, will not have any 
operational business, but will act as the delegee for 4.4.e164.arpa and 
have operations outsourced. Is that correct?
