This seems to be beyond the scope of the WG's charter. You would be better to take up the problem of the broken servers directly with those responsible for that delegation. Contact details are in the NCC's whois database. IMO, the enum-wg list shouldn't be for discussing current operational problems, notifications of outages and so on. However I do think it would be the right place to discuss monitoring and trouble reporting procedures. For example, perhaps the WG could recommend that ENUM delegations provide "standard" email addresses are provided for reaching the tech/zone/admin contacts and/or trouble reporting systems. eg: {tech-c,zone-c,admin-c,trouble}@.e164.arpa or something like that. Message-ID: <11679.1111679657@shaun.rfc1035.com> Kevin, ETSI will be holding an ENUM Plugtest between May 30th and Jun 3rd. [That's ETSI jargon for an interoperability test.] Lawrence Conroy and myself are co-ordinating this. Work on the test plan is not completed yet. Some information about the Plugtest is available at http://www.etsi.org/plugtests/ENUM.htm. Registration is open already. I hope we'll see you/Verisgn there. An outline of the test cases & infrastructure will be available on the web site shortly. This will be updated as the test scenarios are refined and redefined. The Plugtest means 1 week in the south of France (near Cannes) in early summer. What else does anyone need to know? ;-)
