Dear Sir/Madam

at the ITU-T SG2 meeting in May 2004, NeuStar, Inc. informed the meeting
and TSB that NeuStar's ENUM trial based on CC 991 001 was successfully
completed. NeuStar did not request an extension of the
temporary assignment of the code that was returned to TSB.

NeuStar would like to ask RIPE NCC to withdraw the delegation of +991 001
