This agenda is probably now final for Thursday.

Note, this version contains some shuffling of presenters and re-ordering of IXP presentations for working-group collision reasons, I hope it works for everyone but please feel free to drop me a mail if not.  Please can presenters remember to upload their presentations as soon as possible.
