[dp-tf] planning for RIPE55

Folks,

as a follow-up on the discussion regarding the availability and
quality of "contact data" in the DB, I had an e-chat with Brian,
chair of the Anti-Spam WG.

We are tossing around an idea to request a slot during the plenary
in order to summarize the "problem space". It might be a good idea
to put these presentations ("contacts" and "DP-TF") next to each
other.

What's your opinion?
