Part of our data set was affected by these issues and had to be rebuilt, which caused a lengthy outage. Unfortunately, we have experienced a slight loss of data as one of the issues affected the raw data set itself. The affected data is dated between March 12th 2009 and April 23rd 2009. The amount of loss is under 1% per domain name server for the affected data set. This amount is so minor that it is indiscernible on the plots. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. If you have further questions about this or about DNSMON in general, please contact dnsmon at ripe.net. Kind Regards, Ruben van Staveren
