Hi Daniel Oct last year when I took it as routing glitch while later someone told me that it was downtime on Delhi node. Here's my blog post<http://anuragbhatia.com/networking/messed-up-connectivity-of-root-servers-in-india/>at that time with some traceroutes & data. Other then that, in Jan there was issue of k-root node connectivity for biggest Govt. based ISP - BSNL AS9829. You can see my blog post data here<http://anuragbhatia.com/dns/poor-performance-of-k-root-server-delhi-node/> . Thanks.
