Please send in your suggestions and requests for agenda time. It is your working group after all and your chairs don't want to dctate al the entertainment, pardon, the agenda items. The Draft meeting plan is already up and you can see that the DNS-WG is oppoiste the EIX and the Anti-Abuse WG. In case your suggestions etc. clash with that let us know which slot is preferred. jaap From kzorba at otenet.gr Tue Sep 21 08:26:50 2010 From: kzorba at otenet.gr (Kostas Zorbadelos) Date: Tue, 21 Sep 2010 09:26:50 +0300 Subject: [dns-wg] RIPE-61 coming up In-Reply-To: <201009202145.o8KLjRDj065776@bartok.nlnetlabs.nl> References: <201009202145.o8KLjRDj065776@bartok.nlnetlabs.nl> Message-ID: <201009210926.50150.kzorba@otenet.gr> On Tuesday 21 September 2010 00:45:27 Jaap Akkerhuis wrote: Hi, > All, > > Yes, it sneaks up on you before you know. > > Please send in your suggestions and requests for agenda time. However it's already difficult to schedule WG slots in the meeting plan. There's always going to be contention. The overall plan for RIPE61 is pretty much fixed. If we try to move things around, that creates ripple effects elsewhere. Which causes bigger scheduling clashes. Which forces other meeting slots to move. Which creates even more clashes. Which.... What Jaap was saying is our slots at RIPE61 are going to be scheduled against the EIX and Anti-Abuse WGs. [There are essentially two meeting plans and we alternate between them so the clashes between WG are not always the same.] So if someone wanting an agenda slot has a preference -- "I can present about foo but *have* to go to EIX" -- your co-chairs will do their best to accommodate that. This does of course get harder as the WG agenda fills up. So get your proposals for agenda items in soon! :-) From anandb at ripe.net Wed Sep 22 12:37:31 2010 From: anandb at ripe.net (Anand Buddhdev) Date: Wed, 22 Sep 2010 12:37:31 +0200 Subject: [dns-wg] Postponement of DNSSEC KSK Roll-over for RIPE NCC Zones Message-ID: <4C99DC6B.7080502@ripe.net> [Apologies for duplicates] Dear colleagues, Yesterday, 21 September, we were scheduled to perform a roll-over of Key Signing Keys (KSKs) of all our signed zones. However, during the roll-over we had some issues with our signing infrastructure, which caused some zones to be generated with expired signatures. We therefore rolled back to the state before the roll-over. In order to allow proper resolution of the problems we encountered, we are delaying our roll-over to the end of October. We will announce a new date before the event.
