<bind-users at isc.org> or comp.protocols.dns.bind (gatewayed) are the fora
for BIND specific problems. Check one of the archives or dejanews, the
'bad referral' message magic is almost a FAQ.

'namedroppers' ist the mailing list of the IETF DNSIND WG (and probably its
successor). Product specific questions are usually considered inappropriate
by the moderator.

it is not.  namedroppers is for protocol issues, not bugs in some specific
implementation.
