A tool to check DNS zones before installing them

Hello,

I've written a tool to check if a zone is correctly configured before
delegating it (or to check tge zone anyway, but the tool does not
require that the zone is delegated from the upper level servers). This
tool is being used locally at NIC France and I make it available,
hoping this will interest other sites.
