Subject: dom-net is moved to obsolete

The domain network (dom-net) attribute of the domain object is
moved to obsolete. We know only one objection: the dom-net
attribute can be used to check whether an organization requests
space from different sources/blocks. But dom-net is almost
unmanageable then it is easy to foiled this argument.

If there is no serious argument against this change the
domain object template will be (definitively) updated.

Subject: DNS UDP checksums

I ran a tcpdump during 15 minutes this morning to check how many
servers were not doing UDP checksums on their DNS packets. The result
is: 35% of our DNS traffic is NOT CHECKSUMMED.

Even some important name servers do no checksum their traffic (browse
the list and be surprised).
