Hi Despite my objections and suggestion for a safer way to do this, I see you have gone ahead and included the SurveyMonkey link on the registration form for RIPE 75 without any announcement to the WG chairs, this Wg or any other Wg. You have even said on the form "Please answer the question anonymously via SurveyMonkey" which is simply NOT true. People should be told that this data is NOT collected anonymously, but will be used anonymously.
