Keywords: RIPE
The AS is register with http://www.radb.net/
And now we use BGP between our 3 upstream provider, but we will change them
to one Upstream and there will not be BGP between us. So Think technically
we after the change we will not need this AS number. Is this correct

Do you mean ARIN or RIPE, perhaps?

Some IP carriers require that you use your own AS number. You need to
check your contracts, we can tell you if that's the case.
Technically, you only need your own globally unique AS number if you
have got customers which have routers which speak BGP with your
network.
