change of aut-num object

Hello!
We can't change our aut-num: AS34221, using QL-NOC's password, because, 
how i understand, our ORG-JQ1-RIPE object contain mnt-ref:        
RIPE-NCC-HM-MNT. How we can change aut-num object? Can you set mnt-ref 
in ORG-JQ1-RIPE to QL-NOC?
