IRRToolSet might be the tool you are looking for:

The specific program in the toolset to expand as-sets into ASNs would
be "peval":
$ peval -no-as AS-DFNFROMESNET
((AS3431 AS68 AS3128 AS3380 AS16 AS2640 AS14702 AS6406 AS43 AS4729 AS10702
AS3152 AS291 AS292 AS293 AS45 AS11926 AS3671 AS683 AS50 AS3428 AS377 ))
$
