If the attribute is and inverse key, then you can find
all objects that has your e-mail address in it with the
following inverse query:

whois -r -i notify meid@localhost

If the attribute is not a search key, then it cannot be searched
via whois interface.  For example, "changed:" attribute is not
a search key.  If you would like to know all inetnums that has
your email address in "changed:" attributes, then you would need to
download the text dump of inetnums at

ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/dbase/split/ripe.db.inetnum.gz

and search in it yourself.

You can see if an attribute is a search key or not by requesting
the template of an object type:

$ whois -t inetnum
