Hi Chakapan,

one has to pass an email from MTA to dbupdate.  Once doing so don't 
fotget the "-c /path/to/config.file" option, it's mandatory. And also 
don't forget the "-m" switch passing the whole email to dbupdate.
One more issue you should pay attention to is the write permissions for
a few log files dbudate tries to write to (for details check the config
file).
