Try to find your update message in there (updlog) and its reply (acklog).
Make sure that updlog contains exactly what you have sent. It seems that your 
mailing software might have spoiled your update message.
Please also make sure you send messages in the plain text format (to clearly 
see that your "changed:" line is correct.
